Chocolate Cherry Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 box of chocolate cake mix
• 1/2 jar of Mama Mary's Cherry Pie Filling
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil

   Frosting:

• 1 cup sugar 
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup milk
• 6 oz chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Make cake according to box instructions or homemade recipe.
3. Mix in 1/2 jar of Mama Mary's Cherry Pie Filling.
4. Spread on a 15 x 10 cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. To make frosting, combine sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
6. Boil and stir constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. 
7. Spread frosting over cake because it will set up quickly. 
8. Let the frosting cool and enjoy!
