Expedited Shipping
2-day expedited shipping is available within the continental U.S. for $24.95.
- Orders placed before 11am EST will ship same day. Orders placed after 11am EST will ship Monday.
- Delivery time starts when the carrier picks up your package, not when you place your order.
- Chocolate and cheese require expedited shipping in warm weather — complimentary cold packs are included automatically.

- Avoid shipping perishables over weekends or holidays.
- Our team may briefly hold orders to protect product quality before shipping.
- Tracking updates automatically once the carrier has your package.
- Wholesale orders or orders that contain cases or wine excluded from free shipping offers.
- The shipping method chosen during check out affects transit time only, not when your order is processed.
- Future dated orders are the processing date, not a deliver date.
Claims And Exceptions
- Report any damaged or spoiled items within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a suitable solution.
- Damages due to incorrect addresses, extended transit times due to weather, unopened packages, or recipient unavailability sometimes happen despite our best efforts, contact our service ambassadors to help.
Product Availability
All gift orders are subject to availability. If something is out of stock, we'll suggest a comparable substitute.
