We are accepting applications for a full time Facilities Technician. This person is responsible for performing upkeep tasks such as repairs and maintenance of the Glen Arbor campus. Other responsibilities include applying basic fixes to equipment, to building systems and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional.

You must be able to successfully perform the following tasks:

  • Responsible for the daily operations within the scope of general maintenance and functionality of all buildings and grounds.
  • Perform cleaning activities such as minor fixes and general repairs.
  • Respond to all fix-it requests in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment.
  • Schedule all maintenance needs in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Responsible for the tracking, recording and documenting of all maintenance projects.
  • Check control panels, electrical wiring, plumbing and identify other maintenance issues and potential hazards.
  • Ensure the proper upkeep of company equipment and appliances.
  • Contact general contractors for issues that require complex solutions by a licensed professional.
  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during power outages or renovations.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
  • Install appliances and equipment.
  • Check functionality of safety systems ( e.g. fire alarm).
  • Serve as point of contact for ADT Security.
  • Assists with maintenance of property, gardens, garbage and tool shed area and free of clutter.
  • Promotes a safe and clean indoor / outdoor experience for all customers.
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.

Previous maintenance experience with basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems required.

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers are leaders within our stores. This person will be responsible for the daily operations of the store and serves as the primary support to the Store Manager. We are seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to help lead our flagship store through the upcoming busy season and beyond.

Must be experienced and able to do the following tasks:

  • Assist with staff training by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; assist with delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager; develop and implement new product training.
  • Attract customers by originating display ideas; follow display suggestions or schedules; construct or assemble prefabricated display properties; produce merchandise displays in windows, showcases, and on the sales floor.
  • Help customers by providing information; answer questions; obtain merchandise requested; complete payment transactions; prepare merchandise for delivery.
  • Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
  • Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipate customer demand.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending internal workshops.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain store organization for efficient opening and closing.

We are accepting applications for energetic, motivated Front of the House servers and beer tenders to work in our Brewery & Restaurant this summer! Our ideal candidate will be empowered to deliver superior customer service to all of our visitors and have a deep knowledge base of our delicious food items and specialty beers.

You must be able to do the following tasks — or willing to learn how!

  • Assist with the day-to-day flow of the Public House.
  • Greet guests while delivering superior customer service.
  • Ensure an ideal guest experience.
  • Be able to take customer orders using the Point of Sale system.

We are accepting applications for Prep & Line Cooks for the Back of the House in Glen Arbor this summer. If you have a passion for delicious cuisine and have kitchen experience, please apply now! We have full time and part time positions available in our newly renovated Cherry Public House.

You must be able to do the following tasks — or willing to learn how!

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set-up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare a variety of foods: meat, poultry, vegetable, and cold food items.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
  • Cover, date, and correctly store all pieces and food prep items.
  • Use food preparation tools in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Return dirty food preparation utensils to the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
  • Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
  • Open/close kitchen correctly and follow checklist for kitchen stations.
  • Answer, report, and follow Culinary Manager’s instructions.

Our Retail Sales Associates are customer-facing employees who enjoy meeting new people, promoting our cherry products to visitors, and providing excellent customer service.

You must be able to do the following tasks — or willing to learn how!

  • Work in a face-paced environment with a SMILE.
  • Act as a representative who genuinely cares about helping people.
  • Complete sales transactions through the Point of Sale system.
  • Arrange and stock shelves.
  • Maintain cleanliness of both the inside and outside of the store.
  • Wash windows, doors and bathrooms.
  • Provide EXCELLENT customer service to all Cherry Republic customers!
  • Quickly learn product information and convey it to customers.
  • Have general knowledge of computers and use of the Internet.
  • Have knowledge of geographical area in order to assist tourists.
  • Have ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Our Retail Supervisors assist with the coordination and training of staff, shipment of goods, arrangement of store layout, opening and closing procedures, and providing overall support to the Retail Store Management team.

Must be experienced and able to do the following tasks:

  • Assist retail management as directed, while accomplishing operational and customer service-oriented tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage retail staff, including cashiers and other ambassadors working on the floor.
  • Enforce Cherry Republic customer service expectations by example.
  • Follow and enforce policy and procedures with a strong desire to provide quality customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
  • Maintain floor inventory ensuring the store looks full.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to company standards.
  • Manage the store and property when Manager is away; serve as a second set of eyes.
  • Assists with special events in store and companywide.
  • Cash handling and register balancing – monitor sales staff daily when on the sales floor.
  • Continually monitor the appearance of the retail store, tasting room, and grounds, while supervising employees to do the same.

Cherry Republic is looking for a talented CRM Manager to set the CRM vision and take the technical lead with all things related to CRM and our customer connections, key drivers of our company's initiatives. The CRM Manager is responsible for driving positive customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty across all sales channels. Key focus areas include managing our CRM system and the data within, evolving and implementing customer journeys and personalization roadmaps, using performance insights to improve campaign strategies, supporting implementation of new tools and processes, collaborating with cross functional teams, and creating/managing incredible customer experiences.

The Successful Candidate is a Person:

  • Who has successfully led the implementation of a CRM system and/or has been responsible for its ongoing administration.
  • Who has optimized a CRM system to effectively support sales or business development processes.
  • With a good understanding and proven record showing how a CRM should be utilized across a multi-channel organization to improve customer experience and overall sales.
  • Who has skills using online technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Who wants to be the go-to Customer Manager for all users across Cherry Republic.
  • Who wants to be an advocate for CRM within the organization and help to appropriately expand its use.
  • Who takes data quality seriously and works to maintain a clean and reliable database.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across company channels that encourage customer growth, engagement and loyalty.
  • Interpreting customer data in order to make effective recommendations regarding the direction of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage CR’s direct mail relationships and be accountable for successful data flow back and forth.
  • Focus on acquiring, engaging and fostering new customers.

Necessary Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT or related field.
  • 3+ years of direct-to-customer marketing experience with Acumatica or a similar CRM at an administrative level, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • CRM certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with cost efficient customer acquisition and development, building customer loyalty and increasing customer spending.
  • Ability to work and drive new customer connections and data in multiple sales channels, including retail, wholesale, e-commerce, etc.
  • Excellent software and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
