Cherry Balsamic Glaze
This Cherry Balsamic glaze is a must try recipe from our Great Cherry Cook-off, a company-wide ambassador cooking competition. This glaze, made by Sam Barr is a quick and easy way to elevate any dinner. Whether brushing over grilled pork or drizzled on roasted veggies, this glaze is a super simple way to switch up your go to meals.
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Cherry Republic Jam of choice (some of our favorites in this dish are Blood Orange, Cherry Peach Cobbler, or the Original Cherry)
- 2 Tbsp Michigan Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 teaspoon Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Prep your meat or veggies of choice by sprinkling on our Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt and cook to desired temp.
- In a small saucepan, add jam, Balsamic Vinegar and butter on medium-high heat until boiling.
- Reduce heat to medium and let simmer until your mixture has reduced and thickened.
- Brush over meat of choice or spoon onto your favorite cooked vegetables and enjoy!
