Mac & Cheese a la The Republic


Ingredients:
  • 4  tablespoon  Butter
  • 1/4  cup  Onion, finely diced
  • 1  tablespoon  Garlic, minced
  • 1  teaspoon  Cumin
  • 3  tablespoon  Cherry Mustard
  • 1/4  cup  Flour
  • 1 1/2  cup  Milk
  • 1  cup  Provolone, shredded
  • 1 1/2  cup  American Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2  cup  Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2  cup  Parmeason Cheese, shredded
  • 1  teaspoon  KaBOB's Kickin' Hot Sauce
  • 1  teaspoon  Salt
  • 1  teaspoon  White Pepper
  • 4  cup  Cooked Macaroni
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions slowly, 5 minutes

Add garlic, cumin, Cherry Mustard. Mix well.

Whisk in flour and cook for 3 minutes.

Slowly whisk in milk.

Add cheeses in small amounts until fully melted.

Add KaBOB's Kickin' Hot Sauce

Season to taste...

Thin with more milk if necessary.

Add to Cooked Macaroni.

Makes 12 1 Cup servings.
